If so, you've encountered a hoarding phenomenon.

Hoarding is a common issue that might happen to you, your loved ones, your neighbors, or any other people you know, regardless of their personal background and life situation.

As a result, the home becomes barely inhabitable due to the excessive mess, filth, bad smell, mildew, and generally unpleasant atmosphere that stems from all of these problems.

Rather than being a place where you proudly invite your family and friends, your home feels like a prison in Waco, Texas.

At LifeCycle Transitions, our hoarding specialists are trained to deal with any type of hoarding situation with professionalism and compassion. We offer complete cleanup solutions, including hoarding assistance for the elderly, extreme hoarding cleanup, and downsizing help.

We've been resolving hoarding issues for more than a decade in Waco, Texas... and we can help you too!

Full hoarding & cleanup assistance

When we do a standard hoarding cleanup, our team of Transition Technicians sorts, packs, cleans, hauls away trash, moves items to storage, launders your items, and then disinfects and sanitizes your home. We provide you with freedom from extreme clutter and harmful airborne toxins in less than two weeks.

As the leading professional cleaning company, we can help you, your neighbors, or any family member suffering from hoarding finally live in a clean and nice environment.

Our in-depth assessment process has allowed us to efficiently complete 1000+ hoarding transitions so far.

Phone screening

During the initial call, we clarify basic details such as who resides in the hoarder's home, how long the hoarding has been occurring, who will be present during the transition, and whether this person is prepared to address the issue.

Onsite evaluation

Our in-home evaluation takes anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours, and we do our best to dive deep into your exact situation and offer you a solution that matches your personal needs, schedule, budget, and the hoarding extent.

Right pairing

After the evaluation reveals your requirements, our transition expert pairs you with appropriate technicians based on your personality, your hoarding tendencies, and the scope of the work to be provided.

Assessment email

Within 24 hours of the initial evaluation, you receive a detailed evaluation assessment email that outlines the cost breakdown, our expectations about the project, and an estimated date & time of its start.

We cover all the details so that you can quickly enjoy living in your home again in Waco, Texas

We expertly sort and organize all items in your home into categories of "keep", "donate" and "discard"
